富士山の溶岩で出来た溶岩プレートです。
麻布のお客様の要望で取り寄せを致しました。
本来は直火でお肉を焼くものではありますが、お客様は寿司の盛り台として使用されるとのことでした。
確かに寿司を乗せても斬新で見た目も映えそうですね。
もちろんキャンプ等でお肉を焼くために使うことも大丈夫です。
じっくり焼く為安い肉でも柔らかく美味しく仕上がるらしいです。
ぜひ試してみてくださいね。
使用上の注意としては、以下になります。
・IHに対応していません。
・蓄熱性が高いので卓上コンロで使う場合は安全装置が動く可能性があります。ボンベに熱がたまらないようアルミホイルでもボンベ部分に置くといいらしいです。
・熱い状態で洗うと割れることがあります。
・専用の洗剤以外では洗えません。洗うと、溶岩石特有の気泡内に洗剤が残り、使う際に洗剤がにじみ出てきます。
富士山の溶岩石は今後数年から数十年内に取れなくなるという話も聞きましたので、ご検討している方はぜひ見に来てくださいね。

Today’s new product is here.
It is a lava plate made of lava of Mt. Fuji.
We ordered from Azabu customers’ request.
Originally it was meant to bake meat with direct flame, but it was that the customer was to be used as a sushi platter.
Even if you put on sushi indeed it seems to be innovative and looks are also shining.
Of course it is ok to use meat for baking at camps etc.
It seems that even cheap meat will be finished soft and delicious for thorough baking.
Please do try it.
As a precaution on usage, it is as follows.
· It does not correspond to IH.
· Because it has high heat storage properties, there is a possibility that the safety device will move if it is used on a tabletop stove. It seems like it’s good to put aluminum foil on the cylinder part so that heat does not accumulate in the cylinder.
· It may crack when washing in hot condition.
· It can not be washed with anything other than a special detergent. When washed, the detergent will remain in the air bubbles peculiar to the lava stone, and detergent will bleed out when used.
I heard the story that lava stones of Mt. Fuji can not be taken within the next few years to several decades, so if you are considering, please do come and see.
