ジョカです。
こちらは熱燗にする時の酒器です。
元々は鹿児島県の酒器「チョカ」から来ているようです。
焼酎とお湯を6：4で混ぜ、一日置いたものをジョカに入れ、弱火で直接火をかけ、人肌程度に温めると最高に美味しいそうです。
湯煎や電子レンジですと味が悪くなるそうです。
しかもジョカは飲み終わった後洗いません。
焼酎の味が染み込むようにするためです。
食器を育てる楽しみがあるジョカはどうですか？
焼酎に興味がある方にぜひおすすめします。
