【昨日どしゃぶりの中、自転車での配達があった時のことです。
社長が珍しく、”温かいコーヒーを飲んでから行けば？寒いからね。”と優しく声をかけてくれました。
社長は”今日は寒いね”と言いながら、パーカーの袖を伸ばして直に缶コーヒーを触らないように手渡してきました。
コーヒーは社長に買って頂いた缶コーヒーで、ストーブで温めていたものです。
私は何も疑わず、缶コーヒーを持ちましたが、火傷するほどの熱さになっていました・・・。
思わず缶コーヒーを投げて高い皿に落下させてしまいましたが、幸いお皿は割れませんでした。
社長はわざわざコーヒーを温める場所ではなく、一番熱くなるストーブの場所に移動させていたのです。
そして白々しく、笑いをこらえながら私に渡してきたのです。
ほんとひどい話です。
