昨夜は社長の粋なはからいにより、日本橋玉ゐ様のお弁当を頂きました。
こちらは焼穴子のばらちらし弁当です。
さすが老舗のあなご専門店です。
あなごは柔らかく、タレが絶妙な絡み合いを見せ、美味しかったです。
もちろんあなごは天然物です。
随所に拘りが感じられました。
次はぜひイケメン社長に店舗へ連れて行ってもらい、レポートしたいです。
