丸すだれも仕入れました。
竹ザルは金属やプラスチックのザルより麺類の水切れがいいので、ざるそばや冷やしうどんに最適です。
そして清潔で乾きやすいということもあるので、野菜やパンを置いてもいいですね。
ただ注意点としては使った後の取扱いでしょうか。
しっかり乾燥させなければカビが生えますので風通しのよいところに置きましょう。
もちろんインテリアとしても味のある使い方ができます。
少し前から当店の商品も竹カゴに入れるようにしてみました。
