昨日は急な買い出し後、神楽坂にある新富寿司さんへお邪魔してきました。

こちらは創業62年の老舗であり、当店とも数十年の付き合いがあります。
社長兼料理長は朝からいつも元気な方なのですが、お店でも明るい方で初めて行ってもお客様が緊張しないような雰囲気があります。
平日にも関わらず、お客様が多く、当日でしたが予約してなんとか入れました。
どの料理も美味しかったです。
ロングのお皿もとても決まっていました。
私の一番のおすすめはのどぐろの塩焼きです。
塩加減とのどぐろの白身がとても合っており、私と社長は無言で食べ続けました。
あいなめとあさりの芝煮も出しが美味しかったですね。
焼きたらこもそうですが、仕込みがとても決まっていていい味を出していました。
外国人観光客の方もちょうどいらっしゃり、楽しんでました。
料理長はニュージーランドに料理修行をされていた為英語も理解されています。
またフランス関係の職場も大変しており、フランス語が話せます。
最後の写真にありますが、看板にすみっコぐらしのキャラを書くほどの茶目っ気もあります。
本当に料理が美味しく、面白い方ですので、ぜひ一度予約の上来店して頂けたらと思っています。

当店では時折空き缶やパンフレット、食べた後の容器等が商品の間や上に置かれていることがあります。
私達で気づけばすぐに捨てますが、気付くタイミングが遅れることもあります。
他のお客様のご迷惑にならないよう、ゴミはゴミ箱に捨ててください。
