高級寿司屋や料亭では今でも使われていますが、保温しつつご飯を美味しくしてくれます。
もともとは昔から付き合いのある高級料理店のお客様のご注文で取り寄せました商品です。
しかし作りがよかったので合わせて当店にも１つ仕入れました。
一升用なのでとても大きいです。
天然わらを使い、手編みなのでとても手間がかかっています。
保温性と通気性がすばらしい逸品です。
左右には取っ手もついており、できたてのいい香りがします。
簡単に解けないよう工夫がされており、見れば見るほど職人技がつまっています。
料理人の方はぜひ検討してみて頂けたらと思います。
