オーブン対応ではございません。
ステーキ用の鉄板でもありません。
陶器のお皿です。
普通に料理を盛ってもよいのですが、せっかくの牛の形なので肉の部位に合わせてみてはどうでしょうか。
なかなかないお皿ですのでぜひ見に来てくださいね。
