当店の熟女店員がお姉さんの誕生日だったということで行ってきたそうです。

私も過去数回行っておりますが、季節に合わせてメニューが変更されています。
熟女店員の感想としては、申し訳ないほど手間がかかっていておいしかったと言っていました。
特にもずく酢は一週間揺らさず寝かせられており絶品だったそうです。
料理長は気さくな方で丁寧に料理について説明してくれました。
ちなみに他に
車海老と茄子、ししとう
の天ぷらと稲庭うどんがありましたが、食べることに夢中で写真を取り忘れたそうです。
稲庭うどんがメインなんですが・・・（笑）
銀座にありますが、安くて美味しいお店です。
