昨夜は漆器と竹の産地の方とボウリング大会に行ってきました。
チーム戦をしたのですが、僅差で社長が勝ち、私は負けました。
悔しいのでコソ練でもしようと想います。
その後、佐藤養助 養心蔵様へ行ってきました。
何度か行ってますが、とにかくコスパがいいです。
とても美味しく、いい食材を使っているのですが、安いのです。
銀座のビルの最上階にも関わらず、です。
お肉も魚料理も美味しい上に、稲庭うどんがとても美味しいです。
おしぼりからは檜の良い香りがします。
料理はもちろんのこと、気遣いも素晴らしいお店です。
銀座に行く場合はぜひ寄ってくださいね。
釣り好きの凄腕料理長がいらっしゃいます。

ドイツ統一って何？って思うかたもいるかもしれませんが、昔は東ドイツと西ドイツがありました。
ちなみに一不二も昔は陶磁器と漆器が別のお店でした。
