その際、冬はふぐが美味しいとのことでしたので、昨夜行ってきました。
ふぐコースは写真の通りの見事なフグ尽くしでした。
てっさ（ふぐの刺し身）は一切れが分厚くては歯ごたえがあります。
弾力もあって、ポン酢がとても合いました。
唐揚げも鍋も身がしっかりしていて美味しかったですね。
仕上げの雑炊はフグの出汁がしっかり出ていて美味しかったです。
さっきから美味しかったしか言ってませんが、社長も私も美味しいしか言ってませんでしたね。
ふぐはどれも分厚いのでお腹いっぱいです。
料理はもちろん、器も部屋、庭園まで手が込んでいます。
ぜひお近くの方は予約をして行ってみてくださいね。
これから毎年冬は天宏様のふぐが食べたくなりそうです。
