器にも料理もとてもこだわりをお持ちです。
自他ともに認める変態の領域まで達しています。
以前からお話を聞いていたので行ってみたいと思っていたところにお誘いを頂けました。
のどぐろの炙りやマグロと見事な包丁さばきで捌かれていました。
せり鍋も鶏ガラから出汁を取る本格的です。
簡易調味料は一切使わっていません。
食材も調味料、器、調理道具まで全てにおいて研究され尽くしていています。
もちろん味は何もかも素晴らしく美味しかったです。
また器は全て当店で揃えていたのでとても勉強にもなりましたし、嬉しかったです。
鬼おろしの大根おろしは美味しかったですね。
器ともマッチしています。
こだわりを持つということは素晴らしいですね～！
私も負けないよう器の勉強をしていきたいと思います。
ちなみにベランダで夜景を眺めている際に、社長が窓の鍵をかけ、私は寒い冬空の中、しばらく閉じ込められてしまいました。
いつどんな時も気が抜けないと改めて思いました。
