今日の新商品は陶器製の鮫皮おろしです。
鮫皮おろしでわさびをおろすと、目が細かいのでクリーミーなわさびとなります。
辛味も風味も出るのでおすすめです。
陶器だと重みもあるので安定しておろしやすくなります。
もちろん落とすと割れてしまうという欠点はあります。
チューブ入りわさびに比べると手間がかかりますが、市販のわさびでは味わえない風味があります。
