もう秋ですから松茸の土瓶蒸しが美味しそうですね。
定番商品は年中在庫をもっていますが、今回は秋らしいもみじ柄を入荷してみました。
ちなみに土瓶蒸しは食べ方がちょっと謎のところがありますよね。
正しい食べ方としては、蓋を開けずにお猪口で出汁を頂き、
その後にすだちを入れたりして、中身を食べるそうです。
食べ終わったら蓋もおちょこに戻していいそうです。
・・・まぁ私は一度も食べたこともなく、一不二に来て土瓶蒸しをいう言葉を初めて聞きましたけどね。
