今日は急遽クリスマスの日に伺ったお客様のご紹介です。

写真を見て頂ければわかりますが、中華料理店です。
中華といえば白い磁器のお皿をイメージしますよね。
単調に思える食器構成ではありますが、逆に料理の部分で色々と見せてくれました。
店内はとてもゴージャスかつ落ち着いている雰囲気です。
普段中華料理はあまり行きませんが、素材を活かした料理ばかりです。
伊勢海老やフカヒレの姿煮、ツバメの巣のスープ、北京ダック等中華の定番料理でしたが、どれも素晴らしく美味しかったです。
しかもどれも目でも楽しませてくれます。
ツバメの巣がどれくらい入っているのか、北京ダックは焼き立てを目の前で切って作ったり、肉も目の前で陶板で焼いてくれます。
音も香りも楽しめます。
本格的な中華料理を楽しみたい方はぜひ行ってみてくださいね。

Today is an introduction of a customer who suddenly visited us on Christmas day.
