おはようございます。
昨日当店で1年近く働いていたマルチリンガル（4ヶ国語）のノルウェー人が帰国されました。
コロナウィルスの関係でいつ入国禁止になってもおかしくない為当初の予定よりだいぶ早い帰国です。
日本語も英語もドイツ語もノルウェー語も話せる貴重な人材でしたのでとても残念です。
とはいっても定期的に日本には来るようなのでまた店頭にいるかもしれませんけどね。
今日はその送迎会でいったお客様のご紹介です。

過去数回ご紹介させて頂いておりますが、いつ行っても四季が楽しめ、器の表現力がとても素晴らしいお店です。
もちろん食材にもこだわり、味も素晴らしいです。
そして建物の雰囲気も大正ロマンを感じさせ、タイムスリップさせられた感覚に陥ります。
ここまで贅沢な器の使い方をする方はあまりいないのではないでしょうか。
とにかく手が込んでいます。
今回は春を代表する野菜が多く、とても楽しめました。
どの料理もそうですが、特に茶碗蒸しが美味しかったです。
飲めるほどの柔らかさに出汁が効いていて最高でした。
ぜひ食べにいってもらいたいですね。
