私は今週も日曜は休みでしたので、ひたすら引きこもっていました。
コロナウィルスのせいで時短短縮営業と日曜日が休みにより、1日の睡眠時間が1.5倍に増えた気がします。
身体の為にはいいのでしょうが、精神的にはあまりよくないですね。
外に出て好きなことをしたいですよね。
