よくよく考えると新商品どころか、普通に通常商品の入荷がないほど在庫の変動がありません。
早く活気ある築地に戻ってもらいたいものです。

ということでしばらくは過去紹介タイミングを失ってそのままになっている商品をご紹介したいと思います。

今日紹介する商品はこちら。
氷冷蔵庫で有名なアサクラさんの寿司刷毛です。
以前軽く紹介させて頂きましたが、実物を見る機会がありまして改めて写真を撮りました。

こちらは全てが完全手作りです。
素材から柄までこだわっております。
アサクラさんのすごいところは職人さんの要望を細かく聞いて再現されるところです。
世界で1つの物作りはそういう姿勢が大事ですよね。
