消毒保管庫は飲食店の方であればご存知だと思いますが、洗浄後の食器や道具を
熱風を循環させ乾燥と消毒を行う機械です。
消毒保管庫は基本的に80～90℃での設定が多く、通常の耐熱樹脂ですと
材質や時間によっては変形してしまう可能性があります。
そんな中、高熱にも耐えられるプラスチックの器が出てきました。
これからの時期、透明感がある器の方が見栄えがよくなりますよね。
割れず、傷つきにくい樹脂の器はどうでしょうか。
触った感じは正直プラスチックの安物感は否めませんが、衛生面や耐久性を考えれば
問題なく使えると思います。
