青い空のようなブルーが素敵な厚めの磁器のさんま皿です。
大きさは長さ28.6cm、幅12.8cmになります。
夏はこういう色の皿を使うと涼しげで、食欲がわきますよね。
ビールと一緒にお寿司皿として、カツオのたたきはどうでしょうか。
秋は、もちろんさんま皿として。さんまのすこし焦げた茶色とダイコンおろしの白、そこに垂らしたお醤油が合いそうです。
ご使用して頂く注意点としては色の濃い汁もの(醤油やソースなど)を使って長く放っておくと染み込んでしまいますので注意が必要です。
漂白剤につけて洗っていただければ落ちますが、その染み込み具合の楽しむこともできます。
とはいっても簡単に色がつくわけではありませんので安心してください。
特に料理を載せる前に水に浸して貫入（ひび割れたようにみえる部分）の中に充分に水を入れておいて
使い終わったらすぐ洗っていただくと色はつきにくく、匂いもつきづらいです。
もちろん電子レンジも洗浄機も使えます。
