梅雨時は本当に嫌ですね。
日本の夏直前という感じはしますけど、苦手です。

そんな私が本日はお客様のご紹介を致します。

北海道産の石臼で挽いた蕎麦粉を使用した自慢の蕎麦と、伝統のかえしから取った辛めの汁が特徴の伝統のある蕎麦屋さんです。
明治25年創業の長年研究され続けている味が楽しめます。

先月までは築地4丁目交差点脇の地下1Fで営業しておりましたが、先日当店の隣の築地魚河岸の３Fに移動しました。
テイクアウトもしているということで早速テイクアウトを頼みました。

天ぷらも野菜も多く、えびもぷりぷりで美味しかったです。
築地に来た際はぜひ寄ってみてくださいね。

I really hate during the rainy season.
It feels like Japan just before summer, but I’m not good at it.

Today, I will introduce the customer.

The customer is Tsukiji Yabu Soba.

It is a traditional soba restaurant that features soba noodles made from buckwheat flour that has been ground in a stone mill from Hokkaido and spicy soup from the traditional maple.
Enjoy the taste that has been studied for many years since it was founded in 1875.

Until last month, it was on the first floor under the Tsukiji 4-chome intersection, but the other day I moved to the 3rd floor of the Tsukiji Uogashi next to our store.
Since I was also taking out, I immediately asked for takeout.

There were a lot of tempura and vegetables, and the shrimp was plentiful and delicious.

我真的很讨厌在雨季。

这是一家传统的荞麦面餐厅，特色是用荞麦粉制成的荞麦面，是在北海道的石磨中磨碎的，还有传统枫木的辛辣汤。
自1875年成立以来，已经享受了多年研究的味道。

直到上个月，它位于筑地四丁目十字路口下的一楼，但前几天我搬到了我们商店旁边的筑地鱼桥的三楼。
由于我也正在外卖，所以我立即要求外卖。

这里有很多天妇罗和蔬菜，虾很多而且很美味。
