先日、店休日と合わせて大島へいってきました。
まずは釣り！

このイサキとアジの量を！
3時間で4,50匹釣れたそうです。
私は同じ日に釣りにいきましたが、0匹・・・。
大島は偉大な島ですね。
そのまま夕食は釣れたアジを使った伊豆大島名物のべっこう寿司の唐辛子醤油漬けにして丼で頂いたそうです。
一緒にいった龍名館で働いている大島出身料理人の方がさばいて作ってくれたそうです。
軽くピリッとした辛さがある刺身は美味しいらしいです。
私も家で作ってみようと思います。
ちなみに伊勢海老も大島産です。
その方の祖父が伊勢海老漁の方だそうです。
羨ましすぎますね、大島。
自然の宝庫ですね。
ちなみにクワガタもそうです。
森の中に入ると蚊にさされるので道で拾ったらしいです。
道にこれだけのクワガタがいるなんて・・・男の子には夢の島でしょう。
