木製の三段包丁掛けの摺漆バージョンです。
以前に普通の包丁掛けはご紹介しておりましたが、当店完全オリジナルの摺漆バージョンを店頭においてみました。
（お客様要望で特注で作成したことがあります）
色合いの違いは一目瞭然ですね。
摺漆の工程がある分、その分値段が上がりますが、その価値はあると思います。
お客様から見える場所に包丁がけをおいているお店の方におすすめです。
摺漆有りと無しの現物がありますのでぜひ見に来てくださいね。
