有田焼の陶板です。
直径19cmと23cm、24cmのサイズです。
向付の大きさは直径15cmです。
ぱっと見ですと、普通も盛皿に見えますよね。
でも直火が使えます。
向付サイズも実は丸鍋なのです。
陶板や丸鍋に使いつつ、盛皿としても使えるので使う料理の幅が広がりますね。
ステーキを焼いたり鍋にしたり、そのまま器として使えるので洗い物も減ります。
また模様がとてもかっこいいです。
