自分のお店を持ちながらも築地へのガイドをされております。
当店の代表と同じく4代目で仲良くさせて頂いておりました。
スタンフォード大学へ留学したり、世界中の豪華客船やチャールズ皇太子の前でお鮨を握った経験もあるそうです。
異彩を放つ寿司職人と代々引き継がれた伝統を合わせ持つお店です。
社長曰く、各ネタが大きく、それぞれ旨味が引き出されて美味しかったそうです。
また海外のお客様を連れていきましたが、英語でのジョークも交えて楽しめてもらえたそうです。
