12月もそろそろ中盤に入ろうとしています。
例年のような賑わいが築地ではまだ感じられません。
国内を探してもどこにもないかもしれませんけどね。
そんなときだからこそ絶対勉強の精神でお客様の為に何ができるか考え、頑張っていこうと思います。
さて、それでは今日の新商品をご紹介します。
今日は有田焼の23cm丸浅鍋と24cmの陶板です。
金彩の丸浅鍋は上品な色合いが素敵です。
縁取りの部分は内側にほんの少し巻き込んでいるのでちょっとした傾きでも安心です。
陶板はマットグラック一色に見えますが、よく見ると細かい錆付になっています。
ステーキを焼くと、赤みの部分といいコントラストになりそうですね。
またこちらは普通のお皿として使えるので便利です。
1つのお皿で違う使い方ができるだけで料理の幅が広がりますね。

Today is Arita porcelain 23cm round shallow pot and 24cm ceramic plate.
The golden round shallow pot has a nice elegant color.
The edging part is slightly wrapped inside, so even a slight tilt is safe.
The porcelain plate looks like a matte gruck, but if you look closely, it has fine rust.
When you bake a steak, it seems to have a good contrast with the reddish part.
It is also convenient because it can be used as an ordinary plate.
You can use one plate differently, and the range of dishes will expand.
