今日は今朝来店され、社長と約束をしたお客様のお店に行ってきました。
刺身から寿司、天ぷら、茶碗蒸し等料理だけでなく、器にもこだわりがあるお店で舌だけでなく、目でも楽しむことができました。
料理人の方が料理と器に自信を持っているっていいですね。
当店ではそんな料理人のお手伝いを少しでも出来たらと思っています。
