昨夜は金太楼鮨 不忍店へ行ってきました。

こちらには仙台の社長と同級生で数十年の付き合いがあるお客様がおります。
とても優しく良い方です。
金太楼鮨さんは全国すし技術コンクールで第一回から36年連続内閣総理大臣賞を
受賞している歴史のあるお寿司屋さんでもあります。
どんな料理が出るのかとても楽しみにして行きましたが、期待を裏切りませんでした。
味はもちろんとても美味しかったです。
それ以上にびっくりしたことは、お客様に愛されているお店だったということです。
火曜日の夕方にも関わらず、お客様が止まらず来店していました。
しかも大多数は常連さんでした。
ここまで愛されているお店はないのではないでしょうか。
当店も見習わなくてはいけないと思いました。
もし上野によることがありましたら、ぜひ行って下さい！
後悔はしません。
ちなみに海苔は当店のお隣の金子海苔店の海苔を使用しています。
もちろんとても美味しかったです。

色は何種類もあります。
このガラスの面白いところは立てることも出来れば、
斜めに置くことができることです。
直径５cmほどの器ですが、ちょっとした珍味を入れるだけで料理全体が栄えてますね。
料理店だけでなく、一般の方にもおすすめです。

特にのどぐろの刺し身はとろける感じがよかったです。
そしてびっくりしたことはお盆の使い方です。
お盆の上にサラダ・味噌汁・茶碗蒸し・天ぷらを乗せながらも
寿司をそのまま乗せていました。
１つにまとまっていて見栄えもよかったです。
料理屋によって使い方が千差万別で面白いですね。
今後もお客様のお店のレポートをしていきたいと思います。

お店の名前は「南ばら亭」です。
当店と同じ建物内にあります。
過去に日本一おいしい親子丼として選ばれたことがあるお店で、本当に美味しいです。
またよくTV出演もされています。
お昼の時間帯しか営業しておらず、席は6席しかありませんので、行く場合は
早めに行ったほうがいいです。
もちろん当店の器を使用されています。
有名店の方が当店の器を使って頂いていることはとてもうれしいです。
いつまでも使って頂けるよう日々絶対勉強の精神で頑張っていきたいと思います。
