【新商品】信楽焼の焼酎カップ

おはようございます。

今日は寒波到来で寒くなりそうですね。
温かい格好をして築地に遊びに来てくださいね。
寒い日に限って社長から”いつも暑いと言ってたのですからTシャツになってくださいよ”と言われます。
いやそれは11月までの話なんですが・・・。

今日の新商品は信楽焼の焼酎カップです。

ざらざらとした信楽焼の質感がいいですね。
形も味があります。

個人的にはこの刷毛目がかっこよく思います。

また最後の白に水色が入ったカップも信楽焼です。
こちらはつるつるした表面をしています。

【お客様のご紹介】築地　鳥藤のとり弁当

こんばんわ。

今日の昼食は長年付き合いのある鳥藤様のとり弁当でした。

伝統ある鳥藤（とりとう）様は親子丼で有名ですが、とり弁当もおすすめです。

鶏肉の照り焼き、ぼんじり煮、そぼろ、きんかん煮がありますが、１つ１つが美味しいです。
鶏肉ってここまで美味しいのか！？と衝撃を受けます。

特にきんかんはとても珍しく美味しいです。
きんかんは成長過程の卵です。
見た目は普通の卵ですが、弾力があって歯ごたえが違います。

【新商品】木製の片口（黒と根来）

おはようございます。

もう年明けまで一週間もありませんね。
1月1日から4日まで当店は休みですので、間違えて来店しないようお願いします。

昨日事務所の暖簾を変えたのですが、以前より長かったので出会い頭に会長と頭をぶつかってしまいました。

【新商品】信楽焼のイカダ変形皿

【車・バイクを運転する方へ】

交通事故はいつ起きるか分かりません。
年末・年始は交通量が増えますので気をつけてください！
特に時間に焦ると普段できていることが注意散漫になってしまい、事故に繋がります。
時間にも気持ちにも余裕を持ちましょう。

なぜこんなことを言っているかといいますと、昨日私はバイク配達中に交通事故にあったからです。
ちょっと危ない運転をする車がいたので車間距離をとって信号待ちをした時のことです。
信号の左折待ちでその車の後ろにいたのですが、突然バックしてきました・・・。
「え？」と思って急いで下がりましたが、そのまま下がられて衝突して転倒しました。
幸いにもバイクの一部が破損しただけですみました。

相手は大事な会議の時間が迫っていて信号待ち時間を回避しようとバックして脇道に入ろうとしたそうです。
普段であればバックミラーに映る範囲にいたので気づけたことでしょう。
時間を短縮しようとした結果、大幅な時間ロスになってしまいました。
私も時間ロスです。また配達中の商品も無事だったのでよかったのですが、壊れた可能性もあります。

【お客様と忘年会】鮨一新様へいってきました。

おはようございます。

昨日は中国人店員に

と言われ、210円のプライスラベルをつけられました。

その場に日本人のご年配のお客様がおり、

とおっしゃられており、危うく買われてしまうところでした。

一昨日はお客様との忘年会で赤坂にある「鮨　一新」様へお邪魔しました。

2回目でしたが、器も料理も違っておりとても楽しめました。
私はのどぐろと金目鯛がとてもよかったです。
