と言われ、210円のプライスラベルをつけられました。

その場に日本人のご年配のお客様がおり、
「あら、安いわね。買っちゃおうかしら。」
とおっしゃられており、危うく買われてしまうところでした。

（最近社長や店員、金子海苔店以外にお客様からもいじられるようになった気がします・・・）

一昨日はお客様との忘年会で赤坂にある「鮨　一新」様へお邪魔しました。
健保会員の方しか入店ができないお店です。

2回目でしたが、器も料理も違っておりとても楽しめました。
私はのどぐろと金目鯛がとてもよかったです。
瀬戸物屋としてとても気になる器ばかりでした。
もしかしたら当店に入荷しているかもしれません（笑）

寿司はその日その日で一番美味しい素材でだしてくれます。
あまりおすすめではない時はきちんと言ってくれるお店です。

夜は冷え込む中、ちゃんこは美味しかったです！

味がしっかりしていました。
こんなに美味しいサバは初めてかもしれません。

今日は予定通り亜風音（afuune）様のご紹介です。

昭和通り沿いの歌舞伎座の逆側に位置するお店です。
少し分かりづらいのですが、串揚げの提灯が目印です。
地下に降りると入り口がありますが、入り口に入ってすぐ左側にさらに入り口があります。
入り方が分からず、出てしまうと後悔してしまうお店です。

どの料理も手がかかっています。
厨房は広く、カウンターに座ると全ての作業が見れます。
無駄のない動きに感動しますね。

料理は美味しく、脂っぽいのに脂っこさを感じさせず、食がすすみます。
焼き物も揚げ物も周りだけ綺麗に火が入り、視覚も食感も楽しめます。
生のすじこもスルメイカも美味しかったです。

そして何より、ごぼうが美味しかったです。
ごぼうがこれだけ美味しかったのかと思えるほど感動しました。
全体的に言えることですが、出汁の使い方がとてもよかったです。

ちょっとした要望もすぐ応えて頂け、大満足な時間を過ごせました。

喫煙もでき、モダンな雰囲気があります。

お店はちょっと分かりづらいのですが住所通り行けば問題ありません。
ただ車で行く方は駐車場があまりないので事前に調べて頂くことをおすすめします。
少し離れたところにたくさん駐車場はありますがとても狭い道です。
お酒も美味しいので電車がおすすめですね。

料理は写真を見て頂ければ分かりますが、器にも演出にもこだわった視覚でも美味しい料理の数々でした。
1枚目の写真の稲穂は揚げられており、お菓子みたいでした。

もちろん食材にもこだわりを感じます。
私が一番美味しく感じた料理は宮城の黒毛和牛でした。
トウガラシという希少部位を食べられたことは貴重な経験でした。

ちなみに2階、3階がお店ですが、2階がカウンター5席、テーブル席が3つ（それぞれ4名）となっております。
3階は6名で最大8名まで入れます。

あっという間に人気店になると思いますので、事前に電話予約をして行ってくださいね。

今日は長年付き合いのあるタイ・バンコクのお客様のご紹介です。

タイでは有名な日本料理屋さんです。
仕入れも日本に来て行っており、当店には毎月数回訪れてくれます。

店構えは豪華で屋根が瓦です。
日本の文化そのままですね。

また鮮魚や宮崎牛等日本からほぼ毎日直輸入するほど食材にもこだわっています。
器も一味違った変形皿が多いですね。
他の記事にしましたが、タイの料理の器はシンプルなのでこういう和食器は珍しく、評判も良いのでしょうね。

メニューにも書いてありますが、まさに五感（味・香り・食感・美しさ・贅沢な空間）で堪能する贅沢を味わえたそうです。
もちろん日本語で大丈夫です。
スタッフさんは優しい方ばかりです。

あの社長が”美味しい以外の言葉が見当たらない”というほどなのでよほど美味しかったのでしょうね。

ぜひお近くにいる方、もしくはタイへ行く方は寄ってみてくださいね。

店面豪华，屋顶是瓷砖。

秋田といったらきりたんぽ、ということでメニューに取り入れられています。
こういう風に応えてくれる気遣いも嬉しいですよね。
どの料理も美味しく家族全員が満足されたそうです。

昨夜は漆器と竹の産地の方とボウリング大会に行ってきました。
チーム戦をしたのですが、僅差で社長が勝ち、私は負けました。
悔しいのでコソ練でもしようと想います。

その後、佐藤養助 養心蔵様へ行ってきました。

何度か行ってますが、とにかくコスパがいいです。
とても美味しく、いい食材を使っているのですが、安いのです。
銀座のビルの最上階にも関わらず、です。

お肉も魚料理も美味しい上に、稲庭うどんがとても美味しいです。
おしぼりからは檜の良い香りがします。
料理はもちろんのこと、気遣いも素晴らしいお店です。

銀座に行く場合はぜひ寄ってくださいね。
釣り好きの凄腕料理長がいらっしゃいます。

【今日はドイツ統一の日です。
ドイツ統一って何？って思うかたもいるかもしれませんが、昔は東ドイツと西ドイツがありました。
ちなみに一不二も昔は陶磁器と漆器が別のお店でした。
