【一不二釣り部レポート 2018.10.23】

こんばんわ。

昨日は予定通り海釣りに行ってきました！
場所は市川港です。

帰りの新幹線なう。
おそらく帰宅は23時ちょっと前の予定です。
明日眠そうにしていたらごめんなさい。
ちょっと察してください。

それでは今日の朝食はこちら！
朝から品数豊富かつ栄養満点でした。
旅館ならではの雰囲気もいいですね。

その後は産地で原料から製品になるまでの過程を見学させて頂きました。
私にとっては初めての体験でとても楽しかったです。

その後越前漆器うるしの里会館へ寄りました。
漆器ができるまでの工程や歴史、うるしの木、越前漆器の山車までありました。
その上タイミングも合い、伝統工芸士の方の作業も見ることができました。
とても勉強になります。
もし漆器に興味がある方がいらっしゃいましたら是非行ってみてくださいね。
入館料は無料です。

他にもたくさん写真は撮りましたが、漆器の製造過程については後日にまとめたいと思います！

たまにはリアルタイム更新してみます。
朝4時起きな上お酒弱いのに飲みすぎたのでたまにはアリかなと思います。

今日は石川県のゆのくに天祥に来ました。
車で6時間かかりました。
台風は新潟経由できたので最 最後の1時間だけ直撃しましたが、無事着きました。
仕入業者の倉庫の屋根が飛んだという連絡もありました。
各地では大変な被害が出ているので心配です。
夜明け後正確な被害状況がでるのでしょうが、何事もないことを祈るばかりです。

そんな中ですが、ゆのくに天祥の温泉に浸かり、食事を楽しみ、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
産地の方やこういう機会を作って頂いた社長に感謝です(店内では大雨にも関わらず水鉄砲で水をかけられたり、道中も悪戯三昧でしたが・・・)

ちなみに器はやはり九谷焼が多く素晴らしかったです。
色鮮やさはやっぱり九谷焼ですね。

明日は山中漆器と越前漆器の塗り屋さんにお邪魔して勉強してきます。

それに合わせてWebサイトの更新をする予定です。

私は昼まで寝て、その後池袋のよく行っていたラーメン屋へ行きました。
しかし、暑い中にも関わらず30人以上並んでおり、断念しました。
結局他のラーメン屋に行き、漫画喫茶で過ごして終わりました。

ということで、今日は社長のなつやすみをご報告します。

社長は毎年8月15日に靖国神社にお参りにいきます。
終戦記念日だからです。

社長は普段おちゃらけてばかりいますが、器と歴史のことはとても真面目になります。
”今、僕らが平和に生活できているのは昔の人がいたからだ。”と時々言います。
私は全く歴史に興味が沸かないのですが、磐田市へ行った時も浜松城やお寺を回っていて深く感銘を受けていました。
浜松城の写真も載せておきます。

社長から送られてきた写真の中で私が興味を持った写真は陶器製の手榴弾でした。
どこの焼き物だろうと思って調べてみると、有田焼、伊万里焼、信楽焼、瀬戸焼等色々作っていました。
というか、今でも買えることにびっくりしました。
まぁ私は買いませんけどね。

そんな感じの夏休み2日目でした。

まだまだ暑いですね。
休みの人も仕事の人も体調管理をしっかりしていきましょう。

仕事が終わった時点から私にとって夏休み開始です。
あいにくの雷雨でしたが、収まってから秋葉原のメイド喫茶に行ってきました。

私にとって十数年ぶりの2回目のメイド喫茶体験です。
なんとも言えないあの独特な雰囲気は落ち着きませんね。
慣れたら楽しいのかもしれません。

今回は私に中国語を教えてくれた留学生が帰国してしまうということで”最後に日本で行きたいところはありますか？”と聞いたところ、”秋葉原のメイドカフェ！”と返答があり、行くことにしました。

少し前に社長がメイド喫茶に行った話を聞いていたので、社長に負けじと”萌え萌えキュンキュン美味しくな～れ！”の魔法の呪文を習得してきました。
今後使うことはないと思いますけどね！

それにしても秋葉原も外国人の方が多いですね。
どこの国が多いとかではなく、全世界から集まっている感じがありました。
築地とは違った外国人観光客を見れてよかったです。

なつやすみ0日目はそんな感じでした。

そんな中、社長の粋な計らいで食レポができました！

１枚目の写真は私が頼んだ”明太子と高菜だし茶漬け”です。
２枚目の写真は社長が頼んだ”焼たらこときくらげだし茶漬け”です。

温かいだし茶漬けと冷たいだし茶漬けが選べます。
もちろん今日は冷たい方を選択しました。

最初は普通に食べ、中盤からだし茶漬けにしました。
さすが魚卵専門店というべきでしょうか、明太子も焼きたらこもとてもおいしかったです。
あまりに美味しくて一気に食べてしまいました。

メニュー注文してからすぐに出てくるので、入店から退店まで13分程の滞在でした。
築地の新大橋通り沿いにありますので、ぜひ寄ってみてくださいね。

次は新メニューのたらこパスタを食べに行きたいです！

おはようございます。

台風が過ぎた後はまた暑さが戻ってきましたね。
今日も暑さに負けず、頑張って営業していきます！

それでは今日は新商品の紹介ではなく、昨夜の夕食をご案内します。
お客様ではないのですが、レッドロブスター北小岩店へ行ってきました。

なぜかといいますが、社長が”20年ぶりに食べたくなった”と言ったからです。
そして、私は生まれて一度もレッドロブスターを食べたことがないことに気づいたからです。

初めて食べた感想としては、エビに近い感じがしました。
絶妙な塩加減で美味しかったですね。
ちなみに社長はスープを頼みましたが写真を取り忘れました。

なんだかんだチェーン店でも、社長といると器が気になってしまい、器の話になりました。

豊洲移転までもう3ヶ月をきっています。
どうなるのか全く分かりませんが、一不二は一不二らしく頑張っていきたいと思います。

昔、一不二の隣は川だったことを知っている人はどれくらいいらっしゃるのでしょうか。

昨日、某有名大学の学生さんが卒論の為に取材に来ました。
その際、昔の写真の資料をもっておりましたので思わず写真を撮りました。

一番古い写真は1951年創業から8年後の写真でした。
3代目社長（現・会長）が来る1年前の写真です。

まず驚くことは、高い建物がないということですね。
当店は3階建てですが、それより大きな建物が見えません。

あとのぼり旗がとても大きいですね。
3メートルくらいはあるんじゃないでしょうか。
次、のぼり旗を作り変える時はそれくらい大きくしたいものです。
屋外広告物法の関係で作れないと思いますが・・・。
また年代が進むと、「セトモノは一不二」から「せとものは一不二」に変わっていて時代の流れを感じますね。

ちなみに橋に駐車されている車は早いもので駐めていたらしいです。
この頃になると、マンションが出来てきています。

白黒以外の写真はネット上で拾ってきた写真です。
段々今の形に近づいていることが分かります。

今年は豊洲移転もありますし、ますます風景が変わっていくのでしょう。
それでも一不二は”絶対勉強”の精神で、品質・価格・サービスでどこまでも追求していこうと思います。
