まずは大きい球体の盛り皿です。
壺を斜めにカットした感じですね。
結構大きいです。
このお皿を使っただけでインパクトがありますね。
高さがある料理にも使えます。

次も長角の変形皿です。
こちらも豪華な一品です。
大きいので欠けると泣きますね。
そんな芸術的なお皿です。

次の丸皿の2つは模様が個性的です。
雪が降っているような幻想的な感じがしますね。

その次の四角い小皿はびっくりするくらい軽いです。
見た目も独創的ではありますが、その軽さに驚きます。
お店の外に置いておいたらちょっとした風で飛んでいきそうです。

どれもこれも他の焼き物にはない表現があります。

1911年の今日、文部省が夏目漱石に文学博士の称号を贈るといったところ、断られた日らしいです。
彼は”自分には肩書きは必要ない”といって辞退したそうです。
かっこいいですね。
