【お客様紹介】鮮菜魚　早瀬様　in 京橋（東京）

昨夜は京橋にある【鮮菜魚　早瀬】様へ行ってきました。

当店の器を多く使って頂いている大事なお客様です。

築地のマグロの仲卸の直営店の為、マグロが中心ではありますが、他の魚やお肉もあります。
味はもちろん美味しかったです。久々に食べすぎました（笑）

素材を活かした料理という印象を受けました。
クリームチーズとわさびを混ぜたり、アイスにコーヒーの香りをつけた”ホワイトコーヒーアイス”もよかったです。
社長は梅水晶（鮫の軟骨梅肉和）がお気に入りになったようで2回もおかわりをしていました。
梅好きの方にはたまらない一品です。

また普段当店で見る器が綺麗に使われていました。
まさに一不二の看板にある「一不二の器に盛りて山海の珍味も更に映えて輝やく」です。

Last night I went to 【Fresh vegetable fish Hayase】 in Kyobashi.

【お知らせ】一不二の「映画天国」TV出演の動画について

【報告】2017名古屋テーブルショーにいってきました

おはようございます！

今日は昨日とは違い、熱くなりそうですね。
水分補給をしっかりしてください！
さてそれでは予告通り名古屋テーブルショーをお知らせします。

名古屋テーブルショーはあまり人がいなかったそうですが、各会社のいい商品に出会えたそうです。

新商品の為店頭に並ぶにはまだしばらく時間がかかりそうです。
たくさんの写真がありますが、実は少しだけ当店にありますので興味がある方は声をかけてくださいね。
取引先に無理言って持ってきてもらった状態でまだ店頭には並んでいません。
新しいイベントに行く度に思いますが、これだけたくさんの種類の器があるのに新しい発想や技術が産まれることはとてもすごいことですね。
これからもこの業界の将来が楽しみです。

もちろん一不二も日々精進の精神で成長していきます。

花や鞠の模様が綺麗です。
赤部分も派手すぎず、女性らしい情熱的な焼酎カップですね。

茶碗と同じシリーズの柄になっております。

【お知らせ】今夜の映画天国（日テレ）に放映されます！

本日は「映画天国」という番組にTV出演する日です。

・・・とても遅いので普通の人は見れませんね。

【新商品】一輪挿し

今日の新商品はこちら。

一輪挿しの花瓶です。当店ではいくつか取り扱っていますが、追加で仕入れました。

片方はさり気なくライン上に花柄が入っています。
強調しすぎず、落ち着いた雰囲気がいいですよね。

もう片方は渋めですね。
4つ足がついていて安定しています。

一輪挿しは部屋や玄関等どこでも1つ置いてあると雰囲気が変わります。
また小さいので可愛いもの好きの女性にはおすすめの一品です。

【新商品】おしゃれなレンゲとスプーン

今日の新商品はこちら。

レンゲと陶器のスプーンです。

今までの一不二のレンゲは青磁・無地・黒・三島のシンプルなレンゲしかありませんでした。
そこで今回は可愛らしいレンゲを入れて見ました。
きれいな桜と可愛らしいふくろうです。

またスプーンは木製やプラスチックはありましたが、陶器のレンゲはありませんでしたので新たに入れました。
和の雰囲気を持ったおしゃれなスプーンです。

料理屋さんでもご家庭でも使えると思います。
