社長が有田町に行ってきたお店の紹介です。
龍仙荘は有田町で一番高級な鯉料理店です。
もちろん有田焼の器を使っています。
佐賀牛のローストビーフや鯉のあらい、鯉の味噌汁はとても美味しかったらしいです。
料理はもちろんすばらしかったのですが、色々とこだわりが感じられます。
器に氷を入れてクーラーボックスにしたり、トイレまで有田焼で作られていました。
作る過程を考えるととても大変だったのでしょうね。
いつか有田焼の作成工程をホームページに載せたいと思います。

ここの焼き鳥は本当に美味しいです。
名前通り焼き鳥が大好きでこだわりがあるお店でした。
鶏肉が柔らかくジューシーでした。
ちなみにおすすめは雲南百薬のサラダです。
焼き鳥はもちろん美味しいのですが、このサラダはハマッておかわりをしてしまいました。
沖縄の野菜ですが、粘り気があり、独特な味でした。
社長は美味しい余りに家で栽培してた時期もあるそうです。
