おはようございます。
梅雨明けして暑いですね。
汗だくです。
その上、緊急事態宣言ですからね。
冷房の効いた部屋でだらだらすごしたいと思います。

それでは今日はお客様のご紹介です。
昔からの付き合いがあるお店は銀座にある【梅林】様です。

創業1927年（昭和2年）と古くから銀座で営業しているとんかつやさんです。
今回ビル立て直しで仮店舗から新ビルに戻られた為行ってきました。

地下1階になりますが、区切られた個室もいくつもあり、カウンターもあり広く感じました。
もちろんコロナ感染対策もされています。
とんやつ屋さんのカウンターは美味しいにおいがしてきていいですね。

肝心のとんかつはころもがサクサクして、中は柔らかく、ジュウシーで分厚いお肉が最高でした。
メインではないキャベツも味噌汁もご飯も美味しかったです。
おかわり自由でご飯は大盛りでおかわりしてお腹パンパンになったことは内緒です。
多分1合半くらい食べた気がします（笑）
でもそれくらいご飯もとんかつも美味しかったです。

銀座の近くに来た際はぜひ行ってみてくださいね。

【新商品】唐津焼・梶原妙子さんの細長角皿3種類

おはようございます。

気づけば来週からオリンピックなのですね。
どんなオリンピックになるのか気になるところです。
2年前に期待したような結果にはならないでしょうけど。

そんなことをいっても何も始まらないので今日も新商品をご紹介します。

今日の新商品はこちら。
唐津焼の細長角皿です。
こちらも梶原妙子さんの作品です。

前菜や一品料理に合いそうですね。
料理が映える色合いですよね。
質感はザラザラとした土物系ではありますが、表面がなめらかです。
きめ細かいザラザラ感です。
他の信楽焼などと比べると指をすーっと走らせてもチクりともしません。
でも土物感はしっかりあります。

先日鹿児島からのお土産で「黒豚の鼻くそ」というお菓子をもらいました。

たまにはドイツ語でスタートしてみました。
私は大学の時にドイツ語を第二外国語として履修していました。
理由は出席と辞書を持込可能なテストで単位が取れたからです。

ちなみに私の友人はエヴァンゲリオンというアニメの影響でドイツ語を勉強し始めましたが、今では世界中で英語やドイツ語で論文を発表するほどになりました。

スタートは私の方がまだ真面目だったと思うのですが、こう差がつくとは・・・。
継続は力なりですね。

そんな人生何が起こるか分からないことを学んでいる私が本日も新商品をご紹介致します。

うな重の丼重は塗りがとても丁寧な塗り屋さんで塗っています。
溜色は良し悪しがわかりやすいので見ていただくとひと目で分かると思います。

ひつまぶし用の飯器は重みがあってしっかりしています。
ゴツゴツしていてかっこいいですよね。

【新商品】唐津焼・梶原妙子さんの寿司皿

おはようございます。

梅雨らしい毎日です。
ここまで続くと早く梅雨明けして暑い方がマシな気がします。
暑くなったら早く秋になってほしいと間違いなく言うと思いますけどね。

そんなボキャブラリーが少ない私が本日も新商品をご紹介します。

唐津焼のすし皿です。

こちらは梶原妙子さんの作品です。
この色使いといい、色の出方といい、さらには肌さわりがとてもかっこいいです。
サイズは26×12.5cmとなります。
土物系の器が好きな方は色々な角度から魅入ってしまいますね。
寿司が映えそうな色合いです。
もちろんお寿司以外にも使えますね。
料理の色合いを活かす色が素敵です。
