こちらは片手でお茶を注ぐことができます。
親指と小指（薬指も）で持ち上げ、人差し指で蓋を抑えることでお茶を注げます。
そして蓋に網がついているので茶垢が残りづらく、茶葉を捨てやすいです。
衛生的でいいですよね。
また取っ手がないので収納もしやすいです。

斬新な作りですが、さらにゴールデンドロップが楽しめます。
ゴールデンドロップとは、お茶の養分と美味しさが濃縮されていることから最後の数滴のことを言います。
蓋に網があるので、最後の一滴までしぼりやすい形になっていますね。

その為このような茶筅立てで形状を保ち、保管することが大切になります。
購入時のケースに入れただけですとカビが生えやすくなってしまう為、きちんと乾燥させるために茶筅立てはあった方がよいでしょう。

ちなみに当店に湯冷ましは今まで2種類ありましたが、今回銀座の高級寿司店様からの要望を頂き、3種類追加しました。
元々数はあまりおいておりませんのでもし気になる方がおりましたら、事前にメッセージをして頂けると助かります。

 

1つ目の写真の湯冷ましは作家作品です。
同じ種類の急須は以前からありましたが、今回は湯冷ましを追加しました。
こちらの商品はとても軽いです。

 

これから冬にかけてお茶を飲む機会が増えてくると思います。
ちょっとした飲みやすさを考えて選んでみてはどうでしょうか。

ちなみにそのカードは人肌と同じ温度になっていました。
