揚げ物や串焼きにおすすめな枯木プレートです。
余分な油が流れるように多数の溝が入っています。

漆器ですが、若干重みを持たせていますので高級感があります。
また長く使えるように工夫がされています。
それは、表面が剥げてきた際に内部の黒色が出てきていい味が出ます。
使い込まれた感じが出てくる漆器は陶器には無い技ですね。
