理由は、東京すしアカデミーの器の講師として授業を行う為です。
去年は器の専門家としてTV出演し、今年は器の特別講師を務めます。
50カ国以上の世界中で活躍する料理学校の講師に選ばれたことはとても光栄なことです。
これからも社長には日本の和食器代表として頑張っていってもらいたいです。

信楽焼の箸置きとスプーンです。

カエルの箸置きは可愛いですよね～！
葉っぱの上で上を向いて口を開けている姿が可愛らしいです
色もちょうどいい感じですよね。
可愛らしいだけでなく、ちゃんと手が込んでいるので高級感もあります。

またスプーンは2色あります。
先日紹介したコーヒー＆ソーサセットにぴったりです。
柄が長いのでコーヒーや紅茶にいいですね。

先日のバレンタインデーはいかがお過ごしだったでしょうか。

昨日朝出勤すると、私は3人の女性からチョコをもらったことになっていました。
内訳としては、
1人目：セブンイ○ブンの女性店員
2人目：ロー○ンの女性店員
3人目：ファ○マの女性店員
です。
どうやら私は自分でチョコを買い、わざわざ女性店員に会計をしてもらい、チョコを手渡ししてもらったことになっていました。

信楽焼の片口とぐい呑です。

黒のぐい呑は信楽焼らしさの表面ですが、もう1つの真っ白の片口とぐい呑も信楽焼です。

こちらの白い方は社長が産地から戻ってきてすぐに品出しをしていたのですが、1日で売り切れになりました。
今回再入荷しましたのでやっとご報告できました。

この透き通る色合いがいいですよね。
別に生地が薄いわけではないのに、まるで光が通ったように見える明るさが芸術的です。
温かく優しい感じがします。

配達後お店に戻ると、何も考えずにバイクでいって寒くて震えている私を見て、社長は爆笑していました。
・・・そこは社員の健康を考えて車で行くよう指示するとこでしょ！

そんな感じでますます人間不信になった私が本日も新商品をご紹介します。

今日は信楽焼のどんぶりです。
重みもあってどっしりしています。
信楽の良質な土の質感がそのまま感じられます。
信楽焼の土は琵琶湖が移動した後の土の為様々な養分を含んでいると言われています。
黒に白の縦線が入っただけですが、土そのもので表現が加わり、かっこいい丼になっています。
