おはようございます。

ほんと毎日寒いですね。
暖冬といっていたのが何だったのだろうかと思います。
また寒さも大変ですが、乾燥しているのでインフルエンザや火災が増えているようです。

先にウェブサイトを開いた方はびっくりするかと思いますが、実は眼科の名医の方です。
器にも料理もとてもこだわりをお持ちです。
自他ともに認める変態の領域まで達しています。

以前からお話を聞いていたので行ってみたいと思っていたところにお誘いを頂けました。

のどぐろの炙りやマグロと見事な包丁さばきで捌かれていました。
せり鍋も鶏ガラから出汁を取る本格的です。
簡易調味料は一切使わっていません。

食材も調味料、器、調理道具まで全てにおいて研究され尽くしていています。

もちろん味は何もかも素晴らしく美味しかったです。
また器は全て当店で揃えていたのでとても勉強にもなりましたし、嬉しかったです。

鬼おろしの大根おろしは美味しかったですね。
器ともマッチしています。

こだわりを持つということは素晴らしいですね～！
私も負けないよう器の勉強をしていきたいと思います。

ちなみにベランダで夜景を眺めている際に、社長が窓の鍵をかけ、私は寒い冬空の中、しばらく閉じ込められてしまいました。
いつどんな時も気が抜けないと改めて思いました。
ほんとひどいですよね～、うちの社長は！

【新商品】南部鉄器の餃子鍋

おはようございます。

皆様はチャック全開・パンツ丸出しで外で過ごしたことはありますか？
昨日の私はまさにその状態でした。
朝一にジーパンのボタンが飛び、チャックを上げてもすぐに下がってパンツ丸見えでした。
幸い、前掛けをしていたので周りには見られなかったかも知れません。
・・・でもちょっとだけ”露出狂”の気持ちがわかりました。
もちろん今後意図的にすることはありませんけどね！
ちなみに体重は一度痩せたはずなのにまた元に戻っていました・・・。

そんな変態の世界に目覚めかけた私が今日も新商品をご紹介します。

今日の新商品はこちら。
南部鉄器の餃子鍋です。

通常フライパンで餃子を焼くと思いますが、この餃子鍋を使うと同じ餃子を焼いても味が変わるそうです。
熱が均一に伝わることにより、焼きムラがへります。
また餃子の底面は香ばしく焼き目がつきながらも、蒸された皮はもちもちした状態になるそうです。

またすき焼き等の他の料理にも使えます。
以前からある南部鉄器のすき焼き鍋も置いていますのでぜひ見に来てくださいね。

【新商品】白波と桜の手作り急須（常滑焼）

おはようございます。

今日の新商品はこちら。
常滑焼の急須です。

1つは白波、もう１つは桜が描かれています。
両方共に手作りで味があります。
手作りは人のぬくもりを感じられますね。

茶こし部分は陶器です。
金属のアミより詰まりやすく洗いづらいという点はありますが、逆に金属臭がせず、美味しく感じられるという利点もあります。

【新商品】津軽びいどろの徳利

おはようございます。

今日の新商品はこちら。

津軽びいどろの徳利です。
今まで片口やぐい呑はありましたら、新たに徳利が入荷しました。

今回は写真を色々な角度から撮っています。
理由はお酒を入れた際、模様が立体的に浮き上がるからです。
空の状態とお酒を入れた時を見比べてみてください！
浮き上がって見えますよね？

ぐい呑も浮き上がるようになっていますが、ちょっと分かりづらいです。

ちなみに中身のお酒は美味しく頂きました。

【タイ料理のご紹介】タイのローカルレストラン

おはようございます。

年末に耳に霜焼けができた私ですが、右手の人差し指と小指も霜焼けになってしまいました。
今年はハンドクリームを塗っていたのですが、防げませんでした。
ということで指がパンパンに貼っている従業員がいたらそれは私です。
