鬼おろしです。

刃の部分が鬼の歯みたいですよね。
鬼おろしは熱伝導率が低く、粗くすりおろす為、水分や食物繊維が逃さずにおろせます。
ふんわりしながら歯ごたえも残せますので、同じ大根を使っても普通の金型ですりおろした時と味が違います。
普通の金型の場合、水分と辛味が出てしまいますが、鬼おろしの場合甘みを含んだ大根おろしになります。
料理屋さんで使われている道具ですね。

【車・バイクを運転する方へ】

交通事故はいつ起きるか分かりません。

なぜこんなことを言っているかといいますと、昨日私はバイク配達中に交通事故にあったからです。
ちょっと危ない運転をする車がいたので車間距離をとって信号待ちをした時のことです。
信号の左折待ちでその車の後ろにいたのですが、突然バックしてきました・・・。
「え？」と思って急いで下がりましたが、そのまま下がられて衝突して転倒しました。
幸いにもバイクの一部が破損しただけですみました。

相手は大事な会議の時間が迫っていて信号待ち時間を回避しようとバックして脇道に入ろうとしたそうです。
普段であればバックミラーに映る範囲にいたので気づけたことでしょう。
時間を短縮しようとした結果、大幅な時間ロスになってしまいました。
私も時間ロスです。また配達中の商品も無事だったのでよかったのですが、壊れた可能性もあります。
