昨夜は急遽買い出しにいくことになり、夕食はお客様のお店にいってきました。

お店は、京成立石駅の「居酒屋　みちくさ」様です。

年末にオープンしたお店です。
店主がいいキャラをしています。

予約なしにふと寄ってみたのですが、あやうく席がないところでした。
実際何組ものお客様が来店されたにも関わらず席が無く、入店できない状況でした。
それほど常連さんで賑わっているお店です。

中にはもうすぐ3ヶ月連続来店しているお客様もいました。
アットホームなお店で知らない人同士がすぐ仲良くなれる楽しい居酒屋さんです。
店主のみで営業している為忙しくされていますが、お客様もとても理解があり、”自分の料理は後でいいから”という声が何度も聞こえてきました。
そんなお客様にも恵まれ、店主の人に好かれるいい人柄が出たお店です。

もちろん料理もいい食材も器も使っており、腕もあるのでとても美味しかったです。
しかも値段がとても安いです。

お近くに住んでる方や寄ることがあればぜひいってみてくださいね。

白いテーブルに色鮮やかな料理と器の使い方がおしゃれですね。

ホテルは山本寛斎氏がデザインを手がけており、それに合わせた料理の色合いが素敵です。

オープン当初から和食の料理長との付き合いがあります。
今回は、会長ご夫婦と社長の妹家族が行っております。
その為当店の会長は本日まで不在です。
ちなみに今回の2泊3日の旅行は社長からのプレゼントです。
社長は本当に親孝行ですね。

写真を見て頂ければ分かりますが、こちらのホテルは本当に綺麗です。
部屋から見える海がとても感動的ですよね。
露天風呂もついています。

ホテルの食事は洋食と和食を選択できます。
ちなみに洋食器も一部購入して頂いております。
お店にはあまり置いていませんが、取り寄せは可能ですので何かあればぜひ相談してくださいね。

健康に意識をされたホテルで、食材はもちろんリラクゼーション施設にも力が入っています。
女性にオススメのホテルですね。
奄美大島への旅行を行く際はぜひ検討してみてくださいね。

昨日は営業時間中はずっと雨が降っていまいた。
社長は外に出しているお皿に溜まった水を捨てる際、私の靴を目がけて捨てた為靴がびしょ濡れになりました。
最強のウロコの長靴を履いておけばよかったと後悔しています。

それでは今日はお客様のご紹介です。
昨夜閉店後買い出しに行き、行ってきました。

秋田県に8店舗、東京に5店舗、福岡に1店舗あります。
海外にも出店されています。

こちらの料理長は社長と仲が良く、一不二の近くに寄ると気軽に顔を出してくれます。
今回はアポなしでサプライズで行ってきました。
通常は予約がないと入れないことが多いそうですが、運良く１つだけ席が空いていました。

店内は想像していたよりずっと広く使われていました。
通路は広く、カウンターは2席並び、荷物置き場として1席空けており、他のお客様と重ならないようになっていました。
呼び出しボタンを押すと、鶯が鳴きます。
ちょっとしたことにも配慮され、とても綺麗なお店でした。
喫煙も可能です。

もちろん料理も美味しいですし、安いです。

メインの稲庭うどんは細麺でちょうどいい歯ごたえで美味しかったです。
器もそうですが、手作りで作られている麺は違いますね。

ちなみに社長はホタルイカの沖漬けがかなり気に入り、おかわりをしていました。

私は秋田名産のいぶりがっこが好きです。
燻製した大根のたくわんです。
お肉も好みに合わせて食べられるよう塩、わさび、レモン、ネギ、タレで選択できるようお皿に盛り付けられています。

細かい部分までサービスが行き届いている素晴らしいお店です。
近くに寄ることがありましたらぜひ行ってみてくださいね。
