【新商品】木製漆塗りの茶筒

昨日は日曜にも関わらず、たくさんの来客がありましたね。
いつもと違い、日本人が溢れかえっていました。
私は夏休みながらも予定がなく、築地をうろちょろしてしまいました。

【お客様紹介】博多かねふく　ふく竹　東京駅店

先日、当店のお客様で2017年3月25日にオープンされた「博多かねふく　ふく竹　東京駅店」へいってきました。

皆さん、博多かねふくさんの名前は一度は聞いたことがあるでしょう。
明太子で有名ですからね。
しかし、飲食店もしていることはあまり知られていないと思います。

実は築地に九州料理の本店とふくちゃんラーメンの2店舗があり、今回3店舗目として東京駅内に出店されました。
器は当店で揃えて頂いており、食レポしようと以前から思っていましたが都合が合わず、今回来店できました。

 

どんな料理があるのかなと気になっていましたが、明太子を存分に使われた料理ばかりでした。
明太子好きには堪りません。ご飯2杯を食べましたが足りないくらいでした。
明太子をここまで使えるのはさすが博多かねふくさんですね。

また明太子だけでなく、九州の甘みのある醤油や熊本から取り寄せられる馬肉等九州料理としての魅力もありました。
料理も出て来る度に、店員さんが料理の説明をして頂けるのでとても楽しめます。

 

明太子好きの人には必ず行ってもらいたいお店です。
後悔しません！
写真を見直しているだけでよだれがでてきます。
冬には明太もつ鍋が最高ですね。

【建物紹介】一不二の2階と3階に入ってみました

今日は一不二の建物についてご紹介します。

先日、築地場外にて大規模な火事がありましたが、当店の建物も古く、消防庁からの検査がありました。
その際、未使用の2階、3階部分も見ることになりました。

当店の建物は昭和6年（1931年）に建てられています。
一不二が入った当初は従業員の住処として利用されていましたが、既に2,30年以上使っておりませんでした。
その為、もっと汚くボロボロで床が抜けそうな場所だと思っていたので意外に綺麗でびっくりしました。

昭和6年の建物にしては、珍しく外観と内観に西洋の作りが取り入れられています。
その為当時の政界の方がいらっしゃったことがあるそうです。
緑のガラスとか当時にしては新しいものだったのでしょうね。

誰も入れないよう入り口が封鎖されている2,3階でしたが、この部分だけ時が止まったような雰囲気がありました。
この建物もいつ災害によってなくなってしまうか分かりません。
それが明日かもしれませんし、十年後かもしれません。
歴史ある建物ですから、今回は”今”の写真を残すことにしました。

なお、当店に来客されても2,3階はご案内できませんのでご認識のほどお願い致します。

 

さて今日は昨日よりは暑くなさそうですね。

【新商品】花柄の湯呑み

今日はお知らせがあります。

常滑の急須に、美しい九谷焼の上絵付けされているコラボ作品です。

暗めの色ながらも細かい描写から上品さが表されていますね。

茶こし部分は陶器に小さな穴が開けられていますのでとても手間がかかっています。

波千鳥のビアグラスと酒グラスのペアセットです。

こちらはプレミアムニッポンテイストシリーズで、日本古来の文化を現代の技術でグラスウェアに写しています。
キラキラと煌めくグラス表面に金彩文様が踊る涼し気な雰囲気が出ていて綺麗ですね。

ちなみに波千鳥は、波を世間に例え、どんな波も夫婦で乗り越えていくという意味で夫婦円満の縁起の良い文様と言われています。
千鳥も千取りという語呂合わせから必勝祈願という意味もあるそうです。

このシリーズは当店にいくつも種類がありますが、どれも上品ですね。
