【お客様のご紹介】嶋村（八重洲）

昨夜は東京駅近くにある嶋村へ行ってきました。

嶋村は江戸時代から続く名店です。
創業は1850年です。一不二は1951年なので101年先輩ですね。
1859年の江戸料理店番付で最高ランクに登録されています。
現在残っているお店はほとんどないのではないでしょうか。

また教科書に載るような有名な政治家（あの伊藤博文も！）も通っていたお店でもあります。

 

その嶋村と当店は数十年の付き合いがあります。
器は当店で購入して頂いたものばかりです。

このような有名店で当店の器を使って頂けて本当に嬉しいです。

さて料理につきましては、これぞ和食という感じの料理です。
小鉢・酒菜・椀・刺し身・大皿・変り鉢・食事・止椀・デザートと見事な流れでした。
1つ1つが丁寧に味付けされ、盛り合わせされています。
単品料理のホタルイカの一夜漬けは社長がおかわりしていました。

ゆっくり和食を味わいたい時は嶋村をおすすめします。

Founded in 1850. Since Ichifuji was in 1951, we are a senior in 101 years.

【新商品】有田焼　真右ェ門窯の酒カップ

有田焼の酒カップです。
真右ェ門窯という有名なところの作品になります。
もちろん手作りです。

釉薬の技術がとてもすごいです。
写真で伝わるのか自信はありませんが、細かいところまで手が入れられています。

 

通常作家作品は受注生産に近い為一般販売はしておりません。
今回はいつもお世話になっている銀座の有名店からの注文で仕入れました。

【お知らせ】NHKの海外向けニュース番組に出演しました！

昨日は散々な雨の1日でしたね。
皆様いかがお過ごしだったでしょうか。

築地は市場が休みだった上に大雨だった為、閑散としていました。

そんな中、前日に豊洲移転が決まったこともあり、突然NHKの取材を受けました。
アポなし訪問でいきなりの撮影開始でしたが、社長が対応していました。

いつ放映されるのかわかりませんが、海外向けの番組らしいです。
豊洲移転関連のニュースでしょうからもしかしたら既に放映済かもしれませんね。

・・・ちなみに3枚目の写真の風鈴は撮影後私のミスで割れてしまいました。
有田焼の風鈴が割れた時の音は、とてもではありませんが、いい音とは言えませんでした。

有田焼の夫婦湯呑です。

こちらはそれぞれ蓋付きです。

一部手書きで描かれており、金を貼り付ける為に3回焼くという手間がかかっています。
その為高級感があります。

もちろん値段も高いです（笑）
安さを売りにしている当店の中では高い、という意味です。

【新商品】金刷毛の蓋付き椀

黒に金色の刷毛が入った蓋付きのお椀です。
こちらはプラスチックになります。
返しはついておりません。

シンプルなデザインですがとても品がありますよね。
