【お客様のご紹介】マレーシア料理RASA

昨夜は長年当店で購入して頂いているお客様のお店へいってきました。

お店は銀座にあるRASAです。
マレーシア料理のお店ですね。

マレーシア料理は初めて食べましたが、店員さんは日本語・中国語・マレーシア語が堪能で、料理の説明やおすすめ料理も丁寧に教えて頂けたので美味しく頂けました。
辛いイメージがありましたが、適度な辛さで美味しかったです。
ご飯が進む料理ばかりでした。

ただトムヤムクンについては誤って唐辛子を食べてしまった為リアルに泣きました。
唐辛子は辛いもの好きではない人が食べるべきものではないですね。
しばらく唇がヒリヒリして料理の写真も適当に撮ってしまいました。
料理の写真を楽しみにしている方には申し訳ないことをしたと思っています。

ちなみに日頃の恨みを果たすために、社長が席を外した瞬間に唐辛子を社長のお皿に入れましたが、見事にスルーされてしまいました。
ねずみ取りを仕掛けた時もそうですが、社長は人からのイタズラを自動回避できる能力を持っているようです。

 

デザートもお酒も料理に合うものが出され、異文化を楽しめるお店です。
銀座にあるにも関わらず、価格も安く庶民的で良いお店だと思いました。

マレーシア料理を未体験の方や好きな方にはおすすめのお店です。

【新商品】本金の茶碗蒸し（美濃焼き）

昨日、一昨日とスペインの方が多く来客されました。
スペインといえば、数年前にエル・ブリの方が来店されたこともあります。
席が50席ほどしかないのに200万件の予約が殺到し、世界一予約の取れないレストランとして有名でしたね。
1年のうち半年しか営業せず、休みの半年間は新しいメニュー開発の為に時間を作っていたそうです。
そのような方々が来店された為、スペインの旅行客の方は通訳さんに連れられて来店することがあります。

黄金に輝く茶碗蒸しです。

こちらは美濃焼きで、とても細かい模様が入っています。
蓋の裏側まで金色になっていてとても豪華です。

そして白々しく、笑いをこらえながら私に渡してきたのです。

以前変形したお皿は流行っていた時期に大量購入して今に至ります。
包んであった新聞の日付は1992年11月8日です。
25年前から売れ残っています。
売れ残っているというよりとてもわかりづらい場所にひっそりと出ていました。

在庫にも隠れていた為、表の篭に入れてみました。
当時のお値打ち品が格安に出ていますのでぜひ探してみてくださいね。

【今週は1週間で4日間も御来店して頂けた外国人のご家族の方がおりました。

【新商品】花がらの焼酎カップ

今日の新商品はこちら。

花柄の焼酎カップです。

外見は落ち着いたグレーですが、内側はきれいな花が描かれています。
こちらはピンクと紫の2種類があります。
白色に描かれている花は目立ちますね。
外見と内面のギャップに女性はキュンキュンしてしまうのではないでしょうか。

まるで当店の社長のようですね。
普段はおちゃらけていますが、内面はとても男らしく、優しさがあります。
いざとなったときに頼れる男です。

 

ちなみにお酒だけでなく、どんな飲み物にでも合うと思いますのでコップをお探しの方はぜひ御来店してくださいね。
