【新商品】陶器製の鮫皮おろし

おはようございます。

昨日は急に寒くなりましたね。
防寒対策をせずにいたところ、バイクの配達中に寒くて震える羽目になりました。

そんな私が本日も新商品をご紹介します。

今日の新商品は陶器製の鮫皮おろしです。

鮫皮おろしでわさびをおろすと、目が細かいのでクリーミーなわさびとなります。
辛味も風味も出るのでおすすめです。

陶器だと重みもあるので安定しておろしやすくなります。
もちろん落とすと割れてしまうという欠点はあります。

チューブ入りわさびに比べると手間がかかりますが、市販のわさびでは味わえない風味があります。
ぜひ試してみてくださいね。

【新商品】木製の片口（黒と根来）

おはようございます。

もう年明けまで一週間もありませんね。
1月1日から4日まで当店は休みですので、間違えて来店しないようお願いします。

ちなみに昨日社長に「来年は痩せます！」と言ったのですが、
「だめです！」
と即答されました。

なぜ (・・？)

そんな太ることしか許されない私が本日も新商品をご紹介します。

今日の新商品は木製の片口です。
黒と根来の2色をご用意しました。

木製の質感がとてもいい感じです。
お酒はもちろん、ドレッシング、卵かけご飯、納豆等幅広く使えます。
（ちなみに社長は納豆にポン酢派です）

ぜひ実物を見て木のぬくもりを感じてみてくださいね。
いつもよりお酒が美味しくなるかもしれませんよ～。
