おはようございます。

昨日に続き、HOTEL THE SCENEのご紹介です。
2日目は和食となりました。

見た目はもちろん、味も美味しかったそうです。
（一分写真が撮れていませんが、美味しくて手が止まらなかったとのことです）
白いテーブルに色鮮やかな料理と器の使い方がおしゃれですね。

ホテルは山本寛斎氏がデザインを手がけており、それに合わせた料理の色合いが素敵です。

自然がたくさんあるので癒やされますよ～！

今回は、会長ご夫婦と社長の妹家族が行っております。
その為当店の会長は本日まで不在です。
ちなみに今回の2泊3日の旅行は社長からのプレゼントです。

写真を見て頂ければ分かりますが、こちらのホテルは本当に綺麗です。
部屋から見える海がとても感動的ですよね。
露天風呂もついています。

ホテルの食事は洋食と和食を選択できます。

お店にはあまり置いていませんが、取り寄せは可能ですので何かあればぜひ相談してくださいね。

健康に意識をされたホテルで、食材はもちろんリラクゼーション施設にも力が入っています。

【新商品】越前漆器の丼ぶりと浅鉢と特価品

オムツ星から来たおむつ王子です。

久々の更新となってしまい、ごめんなさい。
胃腸炎でダウンしてしまい、仕事も3日間休んでしまいました。
直前に”温度変化が激しいので体調に気をつけて”と言いながらかかってしまい、情けないものです。
過去になった胃腸炎とは違い、だいぶキツくおむつ必須の状態でした。
体重も初日で3kg痩せました。

【新商品】深いブルのお皿とボウル、箸置き（信楽焼）

昨日は雪が降る真冬の寒さでしたね。
思わず二度寝をしてしまい、タクシーで開店3分前に出勤しました。
今年三回目です・・・。
今日からはしばらく熱くなりそうですが、温度差で体調を崩さないようにしてくださいね。

さて、それでは今日の新商品は信楽焼です。

深いエメラルドグリーンのお皿とボウルは綺麗ですよね。
和食器でこんな色合いが出せるってすごいですよね。
食卓が明るくなるので食事が楽しくなりそうです。
もちろんインスタ映えします。

続いては箸置きです。
おしぼりに似ているように見えます。
この生地を折ったまま焼かれているので他にはない感じがしますね。
細かい網目も入っています。
やっぱり手作りはいいです。

【お客様のご紹介】銀座　佐藤養助　養心蔵様

おはようございます。

昨日は営業時間中はずっと雨が降っていまいた。
社長は外に出しているお皿に溜まった水を捨てる際、私の靴を目がけて捨てた為靴がびしょ濡れになりました。
最強のウロコの長靴を履いておけばよかったと後悔しています。

それでは今日はお客様のご紹介です。
昨夜閉店後買い出しに行き、行ってきました。

お店は、【銀座 佐藤養助 養心蔵】様です。

秋田県に8店舗、東京に5店舗、福岡に1店舗あります。
海外にも出店されています。

こちらの料理長は社長と仲が良く、一不二の近くに寄ると気軽に顔を出してくれます。
今回はアポなしでサプライズで行ってきました。
通常は予約がないと入れないことが多いそうですが、運良く１つだけ席が空いていました。

店内は想像していたよりずっと広く使われていました。
通路は広く、カウンターは2席並び、荷物置き場として1席空けており、他のお客様と重ならないようになっていました。
呼び出しボタンを押すと、鶯が鳴きます。
ちょっとしたことにも配慮され、とても綺麗なお店でした。
喫煙も可能です。

もちろん料理も美味しいですし、安いです。

メインの稲庭うどんは細麺でちょうどいい歯ごたえで美味しかったです。
器もそうですが、手作りで作られている麺は違いますね。

ちなみに社長はホタルイカの沖漬けがかなり気に入り、おかわりをしていました。

私は秋田名産のいぶりがっこが好きです。
燻製した大根のたくわんです。
お肉も好みに合わせて食べられるよう塩、わさび、レモン、ネギ、タレで選択できるようお皿に盛り付けられています。

細かい部分までサービスが行き届いている素晴らしいお店です。
近くに寄ることがありましたらぜひ行ってみてくださいね。

【新商品】富士山型の蓋付き椀と栃色の蓋付き椀（越前漆器）

おはようございます。

昨日もたくさんの御来店ありがとうございました。
社長が鼻の下を伸ばすような場面が2回ほどありました。
私は弱みを握られている為詳しくは書けませんが、ご想像におまかせします。

さて、それでは今日の新商品です。
全て越前漆器です。

まずは富士山型の蓋付き椀です。

シルバーの刷毛で描かれたお椀は綺麗ですね。
刷毛は独特な雰囲気があって好きです。

2つ目はシルバーを吹きかけています。
さりげない光り方が上品ですね。

最後は栃色のお椀です。
シンプルながらも飽きのこない模様です。
値段も安いので料理屋さんにおすすめですね。
もちろんご家庭でいつもと違った感じの蓋付き椀にするのもいいと思います。

【新商品】花柄のコップと、土瓶とコップセット、箸置き付き減塩皿

おはようございます。

一週間ぶりに体重計に乗りました。
前回の計測から毎日のシュークリームを辞め、腹筋を始めました。
また毎日20分の徒歩の往復時に姿勢を良くして腹筋と背筋を意識して歩いてみました。
その結果は・・・後半に続く。

ということで今日の新商品は昨日に続き、有田焼です。
こちらもショールームで見つけた新商品です。

まずは花柄のコップセット。
食前酒に合いそうですが少し大きめです。
ちょっとした料理を入れてスプーンで食べるのもありですね。

続いては同じ花がらの土瓶とコップのセットです。
土瓶とコップのセットがないという要望を頂き、徐々に増やしております。
他にもありますので見に来てくださいね。
場所がなくて、不自然な場所にも置いてあります。

最後は青海波の箸置付減塩皿です。
手前部分のうちわの手のもつところが箸置きとなっています。
そして減塩皿って何？ってなると思いますが、小皿部分が傾いているのです。
その為醤油をつけすぎないように工夫されています。
高血圧等で塩分を気をつけている方におすすめです。

有田焼は他にもたくさんありますのでぜひ見に来てくださいね。
