【新商品】文山窯のプラチナ盛皿

 

 

今日の新商品はこちら。

有田焼の盛皿です。
この絵柄はもちろん文山窯のプラチナ牡丹シリーズの作品です。

周りが四角、中は丸く凹んでいます。
みんなで食べれるような料理や煮物に最適な大きさです。
料理以外にはお菓子を入れるのもいいかもしれませんね！

この牡丹シリーズはとても1つ1つに手間がかかっています。
当店にはコーヒーカップとソーサセットやリンゴ皿、茶碗、蓋物、湯呑み等多数取り扱ってます。

【新商品】木村硝子のカクテルグラス

今日の商品紹介はこちら。

 

木村硝子のカクテルグラスです。

木村硝子は1910年に創業のメーカーで最高級のガラスメーカーです。

とても薄いので割れやすいです。
その上、高いです。

しかし、力を入れたら折れてしまいそうなとても細いステムと、間違って噛み付いたら割れそうなほど薄い飲み口は他では味わえません。
これは芸術品です。
それを考えると、値段は安いと思います。
間違って割ってしまったら泣くと思いますが・・・。

 

ちなみにこちらのグラスは銀座の有名店：「鮨　結　銀座（ゆい)」さんに納品しました。
お店では前菜として使用されています。
四季ごとに変わる料理と、器と料理のマッチングが素晴らしいお店です。
もちろん味は素晴らしいの一言だけです。
ぜひ行ってみてくださいね。
次回の結さんへの来店は7月を予定しています。

It is cocktail glass of Kimura Glass.

Kimura Glass is the finest glass manufacturer with the founders founded in 1910.

It is very thin and easy to crack.
Besides, it is expensive.

However, it is impossible to taste a very thin stem that seems to break if it puts in force, and a thinner drinking mouth that would crack when mistakenly biting.
This is a work of art.
Considering that, I think the price is cheap.
I think I will cry if I break it by mistake.

 

By the way, this glasses was delivered to a famous store in Ginza: “Sushi Yui Ginza “.
It is used as an appetizer at the shop.(See the picture on the third sheet)
It is a wonderful shop with matching seasonal dishes and equipment and dishes.

【新商品予告】有田焼の新商品を7月に入れます！

今日は、新商品の予告です!

先日有田焼の産地の方が来て、新作の提案をされました。
そのうちいくつか仕入れることになりましたのでご報告します。

写真に映っている商品は一部です。
他は撮り忘れてしまいました・・・ごめんなさい。

有田焼は本当に金と銀色の使い方が素晴らしいです。
飽きがこないデザインで本当に綺麗です。
店頭に並びましたらまたご報告します。

 

6月は棚卸の関係もありましたので新商品はあまり入りませんでした。
その代わり7月度は名古屋テーブルショーの商品も出来上がってくるのでたくさん新しい商品が入ります！

【お客様のご紹介】嶋村（八重洲）

昨夜は東京駅近くにある嶋村へ行ってきました。

嶋村は江戸時代から続く名店です。
創業は1850年です。一不二は1951年なので101年先輩ですね。
1859年の江戸料理店番付で最高ランクに登録されています。
現在残っているお店はほとんどないのではないでしょうか。

また教科書に載るような有名な政治家（あの伊藤博文も！）も通っていたお店でもあります。

 

その嶋村と当店は数十年の付き合いがあります。
器は当店で購入して頂いたものばかりです。

このような有名店で当店の器を使って頂けて本当に嬉しいです。

さて料理につきましては、これぞ和食という感じの料理です。
小鉢・酒菜・椀・刺し身・大皿・変り鉢・食事・止椀・デザートと見事な流れでした。
1つ1つが丁寧に味付けされ、盛り合わせされています。
単品料理のホタルイカの一夜漬けは社長がおかわりしていました。

ゆっくり和食を味わいたい時は嶋村をおすすめします。

Last night I went to Shimamura near Tokyo Station.

Shimamura is a famous shop that continues from the Edo era.
Founded in 1850. Since Ichifuji was in 1951, we are a senior in 101 years.
It is registered as the highest rank at the Edo restaurant branch number of 1859.
There are few shops that are currently left.

It is also a shop where famous politicians such as those listed in textbooks (that Hirobumi Ito!) Passed.

 

Shimamura and our shop have a relationship of dozens of years.

有田焼の酒カップです。
真右ェ門窯という有名なところの作品になります。
もちろん手作りです。

釉薬の技術がとてもすごいです。
写真で伝わるのか自信はありませんが、細かいところまで手が入れられています。

 

通常作家作品は受注生産に近い為一般販売はしておりません。
今回はいつもお世話になっている銀座の有名店からの注文で仕入れました。

【お知らせ】NHKの海外向けニュース番組に出演しました！

昨日は散々な雨の1日でしたね。
皆様いかがお過ごしだったでしょうか。

築地は市場が休みだった上に大雨だった為、閑散としていました。

そんな中、前日に豊洲移転が決まったこともあり、突然NHKの取材を受けました。
アポなし訪問でいきなりの撮影開始でしたが、社長が対応していました。

いつ放映されるのかわかりませんが、海外向けの番組らしいです。
豊洲移転関連のニュースでしょうからもしかしたら既に放映済かもしれませんね。

夏の風物詩である風鈴です！

毎日暑くなってきましたよね？
そんなときは風鈴の音はどうでしょうか。
涼しさを演出してくれます。

特に有田焼の風鈴は磁器のいい音がします。
ぜひ聞きにきてくださいね！

 

・・・ちなみに3枚目の写真の風鈴は撮影後私のミスで割れてしまいました。
有田焼の風鈴が割れた時の音は、とてもではありませんが、いい音とは言えませんでした。
社長！ごめんなさい！

【商品紹介】今は懐かし昭和の扇風機

今から40年ほど前に発売されたNationalの扇風機です！
現在も店内で稼働中につき、ノークレーム・ノーリターンでお願いします。

というのはもちろん冗談です。

あまりに暑さに扇風機を新たに出しました。
40年前の扇風機が今でも普通に動くことにびっくりします。
建物だけでなく、備品も昭和の歴史を残しています。
