今日もホテルレストランショーのご紹介です。
こちらも越前漆器のメーカーです。

ちなみに当店の元サッカーの先生がサボっているゆりかごも新商品です。
彼は、私が新商品の情報等メーカーと話をしていたのに、サボって寝ていました。
そのためモザイク無しでそのまま載せました！（笑）

最後の箸置きはエナジーウッドという素材で作られています。
こちらは極限まで木の粉を入れた樹脂です。
成分として55%以上木の粉が入っているので取扱い上は木製となります。
その為洗浄機も対応しています。
重みもあってしっかりしているのですが、現在の技術では高めになってしまいます。

また中盤にある金色のワイングラスはガラスに金メッキしたものです。
こちらはスポンジでも剥がれない強いメッキです。

【お客様のご紹介】築地　OMAKASE様へいってきました

おはようございます。

毎日コロナウィルスのニュースばかりですね。
外出を控えるような方が多いとは思いますが、築地は変わらず元気に営業しています。
マスクや手洗い、うがいをしっかりして出来ることはやりながら、楽しめる部分は楽しんでいきましょう。
築地は空いているので買い物はしやすいと思います。

それでは今日はお客様のご紹介です。

築地で少し前にオープンしたばかりです。
店主は元東京すしアカデミーの講師だった方で技術も知識も間違いない腕を持っています。

特に熟成寿司が多く、格別な味が堪能できます。
しじみ汁から始まり、キンメダイの昆布締め、宮崎牛等寿司以外でも楽しめます。
もちろん寿司は噛めば噛むほど味が出てとても美味しかったです。

またスモークを数分間入れたサバの寿司は絶品です。
香りが体全体に行き渡る美味しさがありました。

気遣いもしっかりしてお子様が一緒でも安心できます。
好き嫌いがある方にも柔軟に対応してくれます。

その上”写真を取る場合は店主を入れないといけません”といい、写真に割り込んでくるお茶目さも持っています
（どこかの写真に紛れ込んでいますので探してみてくださいね）

私にとっては来店され度にお尻や体型についてからかってくる嫌いな店主（笑）ですが、残念ながらお店や技術、美味しさは褒める以外の言葉が思いつきません。
