今日も一不二はお休みです。
ということで、ぼくのなつやすみ1日目をお伝えします。
年に7日間しか休みがないのでなかなか遠出が出来ない私達ですが、社長の粋な計らいで遠征の食レポが叶いました。
お店は、磐田市にある【天宏様】です。

夏休み前日に店内で金子海苔店の方と”今度磐田市の天宏さんへ行ってきます”という話をしたら、偶然磐田市出身の方がいて「有名なお店で両親は何度も行ってます」というお客様がいました。
Twitterからの付き合いのある天宏様ですが、実際に行ったことがなかったのでとても楽しみにしていました。
そして天宏様の本館で会席料理を頂きました。
なんと表現すれば良いのかわかりませんが、全てにおいて完璧な仕上がりに感じました。
料理を頂く前に庭園を案内して頂きましたが、先代のこだわりがあふれる庭園に仕上がっており、手入れもきちんとされていました。
入店すると、まるで旅館に宿泊しにきたような広い空間に書道やお椀、陶器が飾られておりました。
部屋に通して頂くと、それこそ旅館の一室のような個室で、庭園も見れ、落ち着いた空間がありました。
静かな部屋に虫の音が響くだけの伝統的な和の空間が仕上がっています。
その中で出された料理ですが、どれをとっても絶品でした。
誰が見ても手がかかっていることがわかる料理です。
食材も分厚くカットされ、味が楽しめるようになっています。
鱧、サザエ、松茸、カツオ、車海老、イカ、鮎・・・どれも食材を活かした料理でした。
また食材だけでなく、器にもこだわりを感じました。
有田焼が多かったのですが、信楽焼や昔の手が込んだ器、お椀に料理が盛られていました。
一緒に行ったメンバーが当店の社長と漆器メーカーの人だったので、料理だけでなく、器の話で盛り上がりました。
器に興味がある方はとても楽しめる会席料理です。
大女将や天宏社長の気遣いも最高でした。
ふすまの締め方から料理の出し方、最後の見送りまで”ここまで意識するのか！？”と感動的でした。
接客の観点からみて私も最高を目指して頑張りたいと思います。
当店の器もしっかり入れて頂き、感謝しかありません。
当店には滅多に休みがありませんが、ぜひまた行きたいと思います！
次は冬に行ってすぐ近くの海で捕れるフグを堪能したいです。

And I got a cuisine cuisine at Tenhiro’s main building.
I do not know how to express it, but I felt it to be a perfect finish in everything.
Although I told the garden before cooking, I was finished in the garden filled with the prestige of commitment, and I was well maintained.
When entering the store, calligraphy, bowls and pottery were decorated in a large space as if they came to stay at a ryokan.
When I let you pass through the room, it was a private room like a room in a ryokan, I saw a garden and there was a calm space.
Traditional Japanese space finished just enough to echo insect sounds in a quiet room.
It was a dish served in that, but which one was exceptional.
It is a dish that you can see that hands are on even if you look at it.
The ingredients are also thickly cut, making it possible to enjoy the taste.
Hamo, Sazae, Matsutake, Bonito, Prawn Prawn, Squid, Ayu · · · None of these foods made use of the ingredients.
I also felt sticking to not only foodstuffs but also vessels.
There were a lot of Arita-yaki, but dishes were served in Shigaraki-yaki and old-fashioned instruments, bowls.
Because the members I went with were the president of our shop and the lacquerware maker, I was excited by the story of not only dishes but also instruments.
If you are interested in vessels, it is a very special meal cuisine.
The worry of the big lady general and the president of Amagi was also the best. d
From how to tell the bran to how to cook, to the final stop off, it was touching as “Do you feel conscious of this!?”
From the point of view of customer service I would like to do my best aiming for the best.
We have also firmly placed our vessels, thanks only.
There are not many days off at our shop, but I definitely want to go again!
Next time I want to enjoy the puffer fish that can be caught in the sea near by just going in winter.
