【新商品】小皿と小付の特価品（美濃焼と有田焼）

今日は特価品のご紹介です。

特売品は、こちらの小皿と小付です。
ある程度の数を仕入れておりますが、うりきりの為無くなり次第終了です。
こちらは産地の倉庫に眠っていた食器を、例によって会長の”全部ちょうだい”の一言で仕入れた為、格安です。

昨日お店に出したところ、あまりの安さの為かすぐに売れていきました。

花の絵が描かれている小付のみ有田焼です。
その他は美濃焼きとなっております。

まだまだ数はありますのでお早めに御来店して見て頂けたらと思います。

今日は築地秋祭りですね。

またか・・・と思いつつ、いつも通り飛び降りたところ、足裏を打撲。
足の裏が内出血だらけというのは人生初です。

靴底が薄い靴でしたのでコンクリートに直撃したようなものです。

【新商品】錆付の漆器（汁椀や煮物椀）

錆付の金・銀・銅のお椀です。
汁椀から煮物椀までご用意しております。

こちらは木質やガラスであれば、同じように作ることができます。
お好きな形の漆器にこの柄をつけることができるということです。
しかし漆塗り同様作成に時間がかかります。
手間がかかる分、値段が高くなってしまうことが難点です。

【お客様のご紹介】錦糸町　高はし

昨夜は閉店後買い出しに行き、その後お客様のお店へお邪魔してきました。

常にたくさんのお客さんがいる大人気の海鮮料理屋でしたが、今回の目的はそのお店の奥にあるお寿司屋さんです。
同じ部屋にはなりますが暖簾で隔たれ、高級感あるカウンターが並んでいました。

ちなみに今回はTwitterで知り合った料理学校に通い、将来台湾でお店を出すという夢を持っている方も同行しました。
そのおかげで料理についての奥深さがとても勉強になりました。

毎回”美味しい”しか言わない私ですが、料理人の仕込みや工夫、考え方等料理を頂く際の新しい視野が広がりました。
例えば蒸し碗を出す時に蓋部分を変えて熱くならないような気遣いやわさびを擦る方向での美味しさ向上、75～80度の温度調節でのこだわりの仕込み、器の色で料理の流れをリセットしたりとほんとどこまで気を使っているのだろうかと思うと底が見えません。
料理の出す順番も考えられ、その上質問をすれば即座に返答される食材のこだわりや知識も素晴らしかったです。

朝仕入れを行い、そこから何時間もかけて仕込みをし、そしてお客様へ料理を提供する。
本当に大変なことだと思います。
今まで単純に”美味しい”しか思わなかった自分が恥ずかしくなりました。

お店の方の師匠の言葉ですが「心は形を表す」という通り、手を抜くとすぐに料理に出るそうです。
だからちょっとしたことでも手が抜けないと言われておりました。
料理は本当に奥が深い！

そんな料理屋さんのお手伝いが出来て、一不二として幸せな限りです。
もちろん料理屋さんだけでなく、ご家庭でも言えることだと思います。
料理は愛情、といいますが、一手間加えるだけで味が変わりますからね。
最高の料理となる為に最高の器を添えたいものです。

これからも一不二は料理をする方を応援し続けていきますので宜しくお願いします。
ちなみに、当店は和食器屋ではありますが、調理道具の手配可能です。
